Everyone who came to Glimmer 2011 will have noticed film cameras and stills equipment at many of the screenings and events. Varied and extensive documentation is crucial for events in the Art Sector, not only to justify and support future funding bids, but to provide a useful archive and provide a tool for event and brand development. Documentation is also important to the people who attend the event in order for them to have the opportunity to look back on what they have experienced and share it with others. This year the film documentation team was Darren Edwards, Antony Hatfield, Guy Hanley, David Daniel with Michelle Dee and Antony Hatfield doing on-location interviews with festival-goers, directors and Espen Jensen of Hull Film during the festival.
